AAPI Children's Literature to Read During AAPI Heritage Month

May is AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) Heritage month, so of course it makes sense to highlight some great AAPI children's books! 

I am Chinese and Japanese-American, and it warms my heart to see AAPI children books. Diverse books and books with diverse characters were hard to come by when I was growing up (with the exception of The Babysitter's Club, I adored Claudia Kishi!).
